Testimonial
I spent two summers employed at NTBC and found the experience to be a tremendous opportunity for personal growth and development. There is a high degree of mutual respect and cooperation amongst the staff and a common understanding that the camps' success is derived from it's people. If you are passionate about baseball, there is no better place to work than NTBC. The senior and professional staff provide you with a balanced environment that combines fun with the opportunity to learn and progress as a baseball instructor, a camp counselor and a leader.
