Introduction
True North Basketball Camp in Lawrence Park is a recreational day camp for girls and boys of all skill levels, ages 7 to 14 years old. We prioritize high-quality coaching and a safe environment by keeping a low 6:1 camper-to-coach ratio and placing all campers into groups based on their age and skill level. Operating Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Glenview Senior Public School, the program is designed to develop the core fundamentals of dribbling, passing, shooting, and rebounding. Players will rotate through positions during drills and scrimmages, learning to play guard, forward, and center. We also cover crucial team concepts like team defense (man-to-man vs. zone), setting screens, cutting without the ball, and the classic pick and roll. Get ready to test your abilities during games of HORSE, BUMP, and our exciting end-of-week 3-on-3 tournament!
